ListCraft grants you a universal, non-exclusive, non-transferable authorization to utilize our 25 interactive web utilities (such as our SKU generator, keyword grouper, and robots.txt builder) for both non-commercial personal workflows and internal corporate enterprise operations.

You explicitly retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all text files, customer lists, inventory databases, and code snippets generated by or processed through our online applications.

3. Operational Prohibitions & Network Integrity

When interacting with our client-side software infrastructure, you strictly pledge to refrain from:

• Deploying automated extraction bots, web scrapers, or programmatic crawlers designed to harvest our source code, documentation, or design assets for commercial resale.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or reverse-engineer our Cloudflare Pages edge delivery infrastructure or ad syndication container frames.
• Utilizing our utilities to systematically construct malicious software scripts, illegal marketing spam blasts, or unauthorized phishing URL tracking redirects.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limited Liability

Our utility software is delivered on an “AS-IS” and “AS-AVAILABLE” basis without express or implied financial warranties of any character. While our software engineers perform continuous testing on our client-side string processing algorithms, ListCraft disclaims all liabilities for accidental data discrepancies, marketplace listing rejections (such as Amazon Seller Central character truncation), or spreadsheet formatting errors.

Limitation of Legal Liability: Under no circumstances shall ListCraft, its authors, or hosting partners bear financial liability for direct, indirect, special, or consequential business damages arising from your reliance upon computations performed within our web suite.

5. Intellectual Property & Branding Rights

The structural application codebase, interactive visual components, custom styling tokens, documentation articles, and brand logos appearing on this website are protected under international copyright and intellectual property statutes. You may not republish our proprietary documentation guides or clone our web interface without written licensing authorization.

6. Modification of Terms & Continued Access
